Barre is a fusion of dance, pilates, yoga, and strength conditioning that uses low-impact movements to target specific muscles. Our classes focus on building core strength, improving posture, and developing long, lean muscles. No dance experience is needed, and you'll find yourself in a room full of empowering women, all striving to better their health and wellness. Our classes have a variety of ages ranging from 20’s-60’s. What can you expect after making barre part of your fitness routine?
